Lush Lips and Shades
Christmas is the time for fiery red lipstick that shows off your lush lips and catches as much attention as it can. After time with bright reds, you might want to consider the so-called “watermelon” lips which is still in the area of bright reds but not as hot as the fire truck that just went by. Mix colors to experiment such as reds and pinks. Want a tip for those stubs of old lipsticks you still have and just don’t have the heart to throw out, cut off a few and experiment by melting them in the microwave and mixing. Do be cautious when testing it out for being wax-based, it is very much hot and can burn your lips, let it set for a while then test it out. Once you get the color/shade you like, pour in a small container while warm so you can use it with a brush or fingers.
